Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF)
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or defense)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
