Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and technology analysts
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Experience managing global R&D teams and cross-cultural partnerships
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global stakeholder engagement
