Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations and regulatory shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in launching AI/ML or IoT initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation projects
- Expertise in sustainable technology and circular economy principles
