Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate-tech innovations
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 technology journals
- Experience with patent portfolio development (15+ granted patents preferred)
