Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive long-term strategy that aligns emerging tech trends with business goals, specifically focusing on AI evolution, Quantum computing readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate high-impact technologies with the potential to disrupt the market by 2026, assessing feasibility and ROI.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead the adoption of next-gen digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration across all organizational departments.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives to translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable business strategies.
- Monitor Emerging Trends: Maintain a pulse on global technology shifts, including automation, biotech convergence, and advanced data analytics.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for R&D initiatives aimed at future-proofing the company.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership roles. Demonstrated success in forecasting future market trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
