Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with 3-5 year vision aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development and operational strategies
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovation partners, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation programs within large organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
