Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global industries
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging tech development
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or Foresight Practitioners)
