Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify 2026 disruption vectors
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce annual 'Future State' industry reports
- Advolve in policy advisory for emerging tech governance
- Manage a $5M innovation incubation portfolio
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-back strategies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI safety, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication for executive audiences
