As a cornerstone of our Global Futures division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and UN policy advisors to develop actionable frameworks for exponential technologies. Your work will directly influence Fortune 500 companies and governments preparing for the next decade's paradigm shifts.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning (2025-2030)
- Develop innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on the future of work, climate resilience, and digital sovereignty
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with venture-style due diligence and ROI modeling
- Build an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, climate tech, or bioethics
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in enterprise environments
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
