Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future scenarios into product development and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and future-proofing initiatives
- Author foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of experimentation by prototyping future-facing concepts and validating market viability
- Advise on ethical implications and sustainability of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact in tech or consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects (reports, frameworks, implemented strategies)
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into coherent future narratives
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite and board-level audiences
