Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI ethics, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning reports for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve on exponential technology adoption curves and regulatory implications
- Design and launch Horizon's 2026 Innovation Lab initiative with $50M R&D budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, biotech, or AI domains)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption preparedness and innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from 3+ multi-year foresight projects
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
