- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to expand foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, climate tech, or biotech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
