Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain relationships with global research institutions, venture capital, and tech pioneers
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and competitive intelligence reports
- Champion agile experimentation and rapid prototyping of future-critical initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams on futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms and data visualization tools
