Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotechnology domains
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, synthetic biology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi methods
