Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Produce forward-looking scenarios and strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Communicate complex future insights to diverse stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible innovation guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Strong understanding of global socio-technological shifts and their business impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFP) highly desirable
