Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and disruptive market threats/opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (articles, books, whitepapers)
