Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and socio-economic shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate market disruptions through 2030
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance and ROI tracking
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level strategic sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech pioneers
