Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, policy, and social domains
- Design and pitch breakthrough business models to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovation strategists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
