Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on disruptive technologies
- Design and execute R&D initiatives for quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong network with academic research institutions and think tanks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading international innovation teams across 3+ continents
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management (required)
