- Author influential trend reports and predictive models for key industry verticals
- Design innovation pipelines integrating AI, Web3, and climate adaptation technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with measurable impact metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodology development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical narratives
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
