- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of influencing organizational transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SSC preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives
