Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product development initiatives
- Produce quarterly foresight reports identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on emerging technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track impact on business outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- CFP (Certified Foresight Professional) designation preferred
