Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing products and business models
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate adoption of breakthrough technologies across global markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members to secure funding for strategic initiatives
- Mentor talent in future-thinking methodologies and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting complex scenarios to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning, trend analysis, and innovation roadmapping
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, and product development
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, academic institutions, VC firms)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
