Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for global stakeholder audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026's most critical challenges
- Represent the company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
