- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future-state operational models
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future technology investments
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech landscapes
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism (preferred)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
