Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Collaborate with R&D on breakthrough research initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
