Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance quantum coherence in practical systems

- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier scientific journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure federal/industry research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding (> $500K)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
