Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in hands-on clinical rotations across specialties
- Complete structured residency curriculum and competency assessments
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
