Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under preceptor guidance
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions
- Participate in clinical rotations across various specialties
- Complete residency program requirements and evaluations
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active California RN license (or eligible upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Completion of background check and drug screening
