Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced RNs
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across various specialties
- Complete progressive skill evaluations during orientation period
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled to take within 3 months)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
