Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI and Infrastructure roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead the architectural design for high-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our software ecosystem.
- Establish and enforce robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to govern the development and deployment of autonomous systems.
- Drive the migration from traditional cloud architectures to hybrid, serverless, and edge-computing environments.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to secure cutting-edge tools for the future.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying and scaling large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing interfaces and edge AI deployment strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire teams and drive strategic initiatives.
