Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for elderly and disabled clients
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social events

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license
