Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including implant placements and oral surgeries
- Manage digital radiography and advanced imaging systems (CBCT)
- Oversee sterilization protocols and infection control compliance
- Train new staff on practice software and clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education on advanced treatments
- Assist in practice management and inventory optimization
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA with 3+ years of experience
- Advanced training in implant surgery and orthodontic procedures
- Proficiency in digital dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification and X-ray license
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Exceptional communication and chairside skills
