Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Advanced radiography and imaging using digital systems
- Sterilization and OSHA compliance management
- Lead patient education and treatment coordination
- Manage inventory and supply chain optimization
- Assist with implant and orthodontic procedures
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems
Qualifications
- Current RDA/CDA certification required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume practice
- Advanced knowledge of infection control protocols
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced cosmetic/restorative environment
