Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including endodontics and oral surgeries
- Manage digital radiography systems and intraoral imaging
- Oversee sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Deliver exceptional patient education on post-operative care
- Coordinate treatment planning and insurance verification
- Maintain precise digital charting and documentation
- Train new staff on clinical workflows
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDA or DA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of chairside experience in a high-volume practice
- Expertise in digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona) and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Proven ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric dental care
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and dental regulations
