Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status accurately
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Comply with all state healthcare regulations and company protocols
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate updates to care coordinators

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
