Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or post-surgical needs
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans
- Transport patients to medical appointments and errands
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional Home Health Aide experience
- Current North Carolina HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and TB clearance required
