Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams

Qualifications
- Current Alaska Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Experience working with elderly, disabled, or post-operative patients
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
