Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to clients with complex medical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless care continuity
- Maintain detailed client records and care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional home health aide experience
- Texas HHA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Valid Texas driver's license + reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills

- Clean background check and drug screening required
