Responsibilities
- Provide personalized personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility support and safe patient transfers
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with special dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain client environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health care experience
- Current Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
