Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer support to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medication reminders and track daily health logs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping tailored to patient needs.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Communicate regularly with nurses and family members regarding patient progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized living environment.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in home health or long-term care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
