Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (sterilization, instrument transfer)
- Take and develop dental X-rays with training
- Manage patient records and scheduling systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental materials
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance standards
- Support front desk operations when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid AZ state driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
