Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light mobility exercises under supervision.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce patient isolation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Valid High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
