Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities

- Collaborate with nursing staff and family members on care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current Arizona HHA certification and CPR/First Aid
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
