Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to clients including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while accommodating special dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings safely
- Maintain detailed care logs and report health changes to nursing staff promptly

Qualifications
