Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including Level 1 Trauma Centers and Magnet Hospitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain strict infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response teams and emergency interventions as needed
- Utilize advanced clinical skills in specialized units (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (required)
- Specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS) preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
