Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to strict healthcare protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
