Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
