Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings across San Antonio's top hospitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain professional development through continuing education opportunities
- Provide mentorship to facility staff during orientation periods

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state with ability to obtain TX license
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications required
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong documentation skills in electronic health record systems
