Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to changes in condition.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Critical Care preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical settings quickly.
